In this section, we have compiled some of our most frequently asked questions. If there’s something we missed, please don’t hesitate to reach out and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
How much is the delivery charge?
We accept orders all week up to 11pm on Thursday and aim to deliver your boxes on Saturday or Sunday.
If you subscribe to our weekly service then delivery won't cost you a penny no matter which box you order.
For that one-off purchase, whenever you need a box of freshness in your life then we add a delivery charge of £2.50
What if I don’t like what I get in my subscription box?
Although there are some items that will be the same every week, most boxes have some variation in their contents. This is all down to the season and the time of the year, we always try to select the freshest seasonal produce.
We aim to keep you up to date with what is in season and will be in your veg box on our social channels, so please follow us to stay informed.
We hand select all of the items that you receive but if for some reason something reaches you that you feel does not live up to our high standards, please let us know as soon as possible and we will make it right.
Can I change or cancel my plan at any time?
We want to make sure that you are supplied with exactally what you need and so if you have signed up to a plan that you feel is not quite right for you then please get in touch and we can change you onto a box that suits your situation. All we ask is that you let us know by 11pm on Thursday to give us a chance to make sure we have the right produce.
We realise that our customer's situations are constantly changing and so we understand that sometimes you will need to cancel a plan. When you intially sign up we ask that you stick with us for 4 weeks but after this intial period, as long as you give us one weeks notice, you can cancel any time.
